Air fryer omelette

Cook up a deliciously light and fluffy air fryer omelette in 10 minutes.

Quick, high in protein, and minimal mess makes this a go-to breakfast option for both weekdays and weekends. Either cook with your choice of ingredients or keep it plain. One of the great things about the omelette is the customisation. Our recipe can be customised to your individual tastes, so whether you want to load it with cheese, add bacon bits or keep it simple with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, our air fryer omelette recipe offers endless opportunities.

What you'll need...

  • 2 medium eggs
  • ½ red or yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 50g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Handful of spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. If required, preheat the air fryer to 180C.

  2. Whisk the eggs together and add your chosen ingredients. Take the air fryer dish or use an air fryer proof dish that fits and pour the egg mixture inside.

  3. Cook for 8 minutes or until fully cooked.

  4. Remove from the liner, plate up, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
