With its unmissable bright orange colour and bittersweet taste, the Aperol spritz is a fabulous toasting cocktail that can make any occasion special.
Making the perfect Aperol spritz is incredibly easy, only needing 4 ingredients, a slice of orange for garnish and good company. Serve in a large wine glass or a gin balloon with plenty of ice.
Add ice to your chosen glass.
Pour in the prosecco, followed by the Aperol and splash of soda.
Slice an orange and cut in half. Place in the cocktail and serve!
