Chilli hot chocolate

Add a touch of spice to your hot chocolate with our chilli hot chocolate recipe.

Made from dark hot chocolate, chilli powder and your choice of milk, this hot chocolate is sure to give you a spicy kick – exactly what you need to warm up on colder days and nights.

What you'll need...

  • 6-8 tbsp Dark hot chocolate flakes (we recommend 54-60% depending on how bitter you want it)
  • 200ml dairy or plant-based milk
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • Cream, for topping, optional
  • Marshmallows, optional

Method

  1. Add the milk, dark chocolate flakes and chilli powder into the Milk Frother and Hot Chocolate Maker and select the pre-programmed setting for hot, frothy drinks. 

  2. Once frothed, pour into your favourite mug and enjoy. For extra indulgence, top with squirty cream.
